	About Our Core Values

	Inspiration

	We believe that the Scriptures are inspired and constitute truth. “The whole Bible was given to us by inspiration from God and is useful to teach us what is true and make us realize what is wrong in our lives; it straightens us out and helps us to do what is right.” 2 Tim. 3:16 We believe that the miracle of a transformed life inspires all. "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!" 2 Cor. 5:17 We believe our worship of God to be inspiring and encouraging. "Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth.” John 4:23-24

	Innovation

	We believe that, like Jesus and the New Testament church, we are to seek to do what is right, including that which is new and innovative. "See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland." Isa. 43:19 We welcome and encourage innovative ways to “Worship, Win, Grow, and Go” as led by the Holy Spirit. “No one sews a patch of unshrunk cloth on an old garment, for the patch will pull away from the garment, making the tear worse. Neither do men pour new wine into old wineskins. If they do, the skins will burst, the wine will run out and the wineskins will be ruined. No, they pour new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved.” Mt. 9:16-17 We are committed to the discovery, development, and deployment off our spiritual gifts. "It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ." Eph. 4:11-13

	Integrity

	We will be true to the Gospel. "I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes"….Romans 1:16 We will be known as people of our word. Above all, my brothers, do not swear—not by heaven or by earth or by anything else. Let your “Yes” be yes, and your “No,” no, or you will be condemned. James 5:12 We will glorify God in all that we do; thus, we pursue excellence. "And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men…. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."

	Involvement

	We are personally involved in opportunities to “Worship, Win, Grow and Go.” "And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching." Heb. 10:24-25 We are involved in each others’ lives through fellowship. “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” John 13:34-35 We are committed to both growing “smaller” and larger through small groups and celebration services. "Be devoted to one another in brotherly love." Rom. 12:10 We are committed to reaching others in our community and around the world. “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you." Mat. 28:19-20
